Eric B. Brown: President and CEO of ROI, Eric is a Florida Certified Residential Contractor with over  25 years of experience in IT and construction management.  As an active member of the Tampa Bay community, he serves on the Boards of The Florida Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, and Leadership Tampa Alumni.  He is also actively involved with the Tampa and St.. Petersburg chapters of the NAACP and is a team leader for Habitat for Humanity.  Eric has a BA in Business Administration from Tampa College.  (CRC 1329694)

Randy Montgomery: Operations Manager for ROI, Randy is a Florida Certified Building Contractor with over 38 years of experience in the construction industry.   He is actively involved with local charities including Second Saturday Charity and Hillsborough House of Hope.  (CBC 060207)
