Our Most Popular Commercial Roofing Materials

Thermoplastic Polyolefin is a single-ply roofing membrane that is a popular choice for low slope roofs. Despite plastic being in its name it is actually a blend of polypropylene and ethylene-propylene rubber. TPO is available in a bright white material which can reflect UV rays and heat away from the building potentially saving you money during hot summer months! TPO is also very susceptible to punctures making it a great option for your commercial roof.
Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer is commonly referred to as rolled rubber roofing. It’s durability and longevity is due to its composition make up of recycled tires, slate dust, and sawdust. It can be easily coated to match a desired color of your choice and is a cost efficient material to help protect your commercial roof.
A Polyvinyl Chloride roofing system is a thermoplastic membrane that is best known for its flexibility. The American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) requires any roofing membrane to have a minimum breaking strength of 200 pounds per inch and PVC far exceeds this standard as it has a minimum breaking strength of 350 pounds per inch. It is recommended especially for buildings containing restaurants or near airports due its resistance to chemicals and animal fats that could arise from grease vents.
